i hit the gym this morning bright & early, did some running and then went to my appointment at 9.15 to renew my membership.
Basically i save about $120 if i pay for one year upfront rather then a direct debit each month
I've been a member for like 2-3 yrs now, i never got a welcome pack until now!! I got a back pack (which i probably wont use) a waterbottle (nope, wont use this either), ear phones (im giving to my dad) and a towel (yes!! i needed a new towel) hehe
& i managed to get a free day pass for Rick so we're gonna make the most of it and stay at the gym all day haha =P
Spent the rest of the day with Annie. She slept for most of it- so did i. I was in need of some catch up sleep i havent slept much this week

what a great incentive!! i think it looks like a really nice gift pack!
my gym offered a 'keep it for life offer' a few years back. if u paid them a one off fee of $50, u could keep your membership at the same price for life.
