I had a girls night in with (L-R) ALicia & Nhuy my fav gym buddies :):)

We went grocery shopping and bought salad for dinner (i thought we were gonna pig out girls/!!??) haha well we did we were naughty and had a bag of kettles Chilli Chips, and choc dipped strawberries (using dark choccies for antioxidants!)

Had sooo much fun we watched random episodes of sex in the city, gossipped, drank abit of alco and Alicia cooked us Haloumi cheese- that was sooooooooooo nice

We left at about 2am ahhhhhhh had so so much fun laughed and giggled most of the night i cant wait to do it again ^.^

Richard came past for lunch today because he was visiting a customer around my area. He bought a vegie burger from the tuck shop up the road, and i made this platter of orange pieces, strawberries, carrot sticks, vitawheat & hommus (mum's choice!)

I love when Richard comes around for lunch its a rareity because he works in North Sydney and I in wetherill Park (it takes an hour and a half to drive!!)

I LOVE vitawehat & Hommus!! :) Its such a healthy and filling snack

I made some of my special bircher muesli last night so i could have it for breakfast - it was really yummy!

Richard used to bring me some back from North Sydney and i got addicted, and learnt how to make my own.

You only need a cup of muesli (mixed or plain, i get the mix bag from woolies theres dried fruit and yogurt bits in it), you soak it in orange juice then stir in yogurt and refridgerate for a couple hours (or over night is reccomended). The when serving just sprinke some flaked almonds and/or fresh fruit- and you have a healthy and filling breakfast or snack ^.^

I'm making some tonight for Nhuy & Alicia & Richard, i hope they enjoy it as much as i do :)

We thought touch footy was cancelled today so we went to the gym instead me Nhuy & Alicia. I needed some weight training so the other two did Cycle class for cardio and i met up with them back again in boxing afterwards.


Flex is a class that works on all muscle groups (great work out, LOVE the instructor Christine she makes such upbeat music for the class so motivational as well)


Boxing was a cardio killer, i think i burnt off my be natural bar EASILY hehe


We headed off to woolies afterwards because i needed some food (my fridge & pantry was scarily empty). With all the hospital trips back & forth, i ran out of healthy foods >.<


So i bought the following


Vitawheat, hommus, carrot stick (all go really really well with eachother yummy i usually eat this as a morning tea snack


special K - i nice healthy seriel that isnt loaded with sugars


vanilla yogurt & flaked almonds ( to go with my home made bircher muesli yummo)


roasted and salted cashews - now this was really naughty but i believe anything in moderation isnt a bad thing


baked beans and spaghetti cans (i eat this for breakfast with toast, very very filling)


Starburst snakes (with 30% less sugar and more fruit juice!) this was another naughty purchase which i shared with the girls, after all we did two killer work outs - we deerved it ! haha)


Pear green tea - this is something alicia recommended - it sounds very nice ill take this into work with me ^.^


Big Box of TICTACS (after karen mentioned JUNO i just had to get some hehe)


Can you believe this all cost $60!!!!!! Oh i bought a few stickers too ^.^ I'm going to put together a stickers and stamps package for Mel & Karens lil girls so you will hear from me soon both of you !
