I came home from work today, thought this would make a pretty photo :)

Monday is my work out day, i do flex (weights class) & then cardio (half an hour or more of running). I always feel soooo good after my workouts, i'm finally feeling back to my normal self again (pre xmas buldge lol)

My aim this year is to train for the City2Surf, and complete the run in under 100 minutes (last year i did it in 111 minutes)
